Hotel is convenient for the airport and near the metro. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Mahud on the last day made sure i had coffee, and great conversation in English at 4am as i headed to the airport - thanks. Small but well equipped gym, nice bar/restaurant. Free shuttle to the airport was great. Excellent value.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and stayed here twice. The first two days were amazing! Excellent customer service. Very professional and kind staff. The rooms were very clean and the entire hotel smelled so good. We were so comfortable there, that when we got back from our cruise, we went back to stay there.

Be Careful, this hotel is far from Airport and not called Best Western

Be careful. This hotel is not called Best Western but Alfa. It is also not close to the Airport. Taxi to Airport is between 25 and 35 euro. Although a shuttle is advertised, there is no shuttle between 12am and 5 am, so if you have a flight at 6am, you are stuck with taking the taxi. Staff very rude (Xavier) and some lady receptionist who laughed and just put the phone down when I tried to get information about the shuttle. Although they send you information showing a picture of a best western shuttle, it does not look like the picture that they send, so be careful it is only Alpha Would definitely not recommend the hotel. Restaurant is expensive and there is no other restaurants nearby, so you are stuck. Do not go here !!

We arrived late to Barcelona. The free hotel shuttle picked us up as expected and on time. Check in was pleasant, even with tired kids, and the room was great - clean, spacious enough and we had a cool room configuration - a king bed and 2 twin bunk beds - perfect for our family. The staff was friendly, including the bartender downstairs. Great service - they went above and beyond to return my AirPods that I left behind in the room - housekeeping found my headphones and the hotel mailed them back to the U.S. for me! No fuss, no upcharge, nothing. I provided my credit card and shipping was $11 USD. Great experience, nice amenities, clean and super service!

Very friendly staff, nice place to stay before a flight

We just had a brief one night stay before a flight the next morning, but it was a great place. Mahfud, who checked us in, was super nice and gave us a free upgrade and a couple of vouchers for a drink at the bar, which was open late. The free shuttle to the airport worked out great. The only strange thing about the room is that there was no door between the bathroom and the rest of the room, so anybody using the toilet was exposed. I'm not sure if every room is like that or just ours, but something to think about if you are staying with somebody that you may not have that kind of relationship with.
